Something wrong with your order? Message me. 

I will be needing, your ordernumber, e-mail, name and address. If you have any pictures or other info this will be appreciated. From there on I can check what is wrong with your parcel.

I am a small shop. I do this by myself. Every return has a big impact in my business.

Broken Item

If you're item is broken during shipment I will reship or refund, depending on our communication. If items are broken in use I cannot refund you.

 

Incomplete order

If you're order is incomplete I will reship or refund, depending on our communication. We also sometimes offer a special discount if you wish to make another purchase to ship the missing item with.
